mTAP

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the rising costs of touchscreen kiosks, our team developed mTAP (Mobile Touch Accessible Platform)—a solution designed to deliver safe, hygienic, and engaging retail experiences while addressing the growing demand for interactivity.

mTAP leverages QR code-powered "scan to connect" technology, allowing customers to securely pair their personal mobile devices with a kiosk or large screen. Once connected, they can seamlessly interact, navigate, and transact using their own device—eliminating the need for shared touchscreens.

As the Lead Designer, I defined the user journey to illustrate the experience and technology. I also led the experience design, branding, and visual design, and created the wireframes and documentation to bring the concept to life.
